We work with banks, credit unions, and fintechs in the US and globally. Our typical clients have a Director of Engineering, Head of Product, or CTO who owns the initiative and a budget in the range of $100K to $500K for the first phase. They are often at an inflection point: recently funded and scaling, a new technology leader who needs to move fast, or a team that has been running on legacy systems and knows it is time to modernize. They want a partner who has done this before and who will align on outcomes rather than just hours. We are not the right fit for everyone. If you need a large offshore team at the lowest possible rate, we are not that. How we work
We start with discovery. We want to understand your problem, your constraints, and your success criteria before we propose a solution. That might be a short discovery and strategy engagement (scope, roadmap, build vs buy). It might be a proof of concept or pilot (e.g. an ML pilot, an API prototype). Or it might be a full build: a lending feature, a decision engine, or a modernization project. We will be clear about what we can deliver, in what timeframe, and at what investment level. We publish high-level engagement bands on our engagement types page so you know the rough scope before we talk. We do not do open-ended engagements; we align on outcomes and phases so you can commit incrementally.
We deliver in phases with clear milestones. You will see progress regularly and have the chance to adjust scope or direction if needed. We document what we build and we plan for handoff so that when the engagement ends, your team can maintain and extend the system.
