How we work

How we work

Discovery and strategy first, then scope and build. We align on outcomes and phases so you commit incrementally. We do not do open-ended engagements; we propose a clear scope, timeline, and investment level, and we deliver in phases with milestones. If you are not sure where to start, we can run a short discovery engagement to validate the problem and recommend an approach. If you already know what you need, we can propose a pilot or full build. Either way, we will be clear about what we can deliver and what we need from you.

We work with banks, credit unions, and fintechs in the US and globally. Our typical clients have a Director of Engineering, Head of Product, or CTO who owns the initiative and a budget in the range of $100K to $500K for the first phase. We are a good fit when you want a partner who has done this before and who will align on outcomes rather than just hours.
